Meeting Minutes

December 5, 2025

 

The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by Treasurer Tammy Clark. Chair Diaz was excused and Vice Chair Cronquist attended by telephone.

 

After the flag salute, Treasurer Clark welcomed everyone and turned the meeting over to Commissioner Sharon Trask. Trask introduced the 2026 Executive Board: Chair, Becky Cronquist; Vice-Chair, April Pruitt-Pooler; Treasurer, Tammy Clark; and Secretary, Deborah Soper, and issued the oath of office.

 

Meeting adjourned at 1:05 pm.
